2016年的二月,剛好碰到Noma的冬季假期, 

( 但即便他們營業中,沒有事先預約應該也是不得其門而入~ )

遺憾之餘,卯起來訂了一系列想嘗試的其他餐廳。

Geranium當初在網路上的風評不錯但並沒有很高,

( 總分5顆星的話,大概4.1;2022年google map上是4.8 ),

 

不過2016年的二月,

在我才吃了一頓然後離開哥本哈根的幾天後,

她,竟然,拿到了米其林三星!

這下,她飛上枝頭當鳳凰,

而我,也有幸吃過米其林三星了~~哈哈哈!

 

我 '個人' 覺得,

這是家“假掰”的餐廳,

因為我本人不是那種上流奢華人士,

不是很習慣過份的親切,

不過,如果您也沒去過,

反正也感受不到那種 '虛假'/高規 的對待,

如果您已經實地走訪過,

也請不要來戰。

 

就單純地欣賞餐桌上的風景,

送自己一個米其林三星的禮物,

來一番驚豔的洗禮吧!

這是最令我好奇,也最亮眼的一道,小綠綠一入口,整個鮮魚的味道大爆炸!

據說,是鯖魚,太鮮美了!

在哥本哈根,三不五時可以吃到一般印象中 “老外”不敢吃的食材,吃到鴨心還蠻驚訝的。

不過因為國際化的影響,感覺主廚有被日本飲食帶動一些啟發。

主餐之後,服務員主動詢問我們想不想參觀廚房,當然!而且人家都問了,哈哈~

廚房。

早就打掃完畢了,然後,跟新的一樣耶!果然要一絲不苟、有條不紊。

裝潢其實非常高雅而氣派。

Geranium其實另外有專門品酒的區域,在參觀餐廳有時候有掃描的那個房間,只是不好意思拍照,

所以,即使你不用餐,也可以單純來品酒。

米其林餐廳總是會給你一些小驚喜

在繁複多道的精心設計之後,還是要再給你更多一點!

所以雖然份量都只有一點點,

但是一餐吃下來,都會飽到不行!

 

參與一場精采的演繹也得掂量自己的荷包,

這次捨棄搭配佐餐酒,待多存點積蓄有機會再攻~
